Job Summary
Provide habilitation support services to individuals with developmental disabilities on a small group or one-to-one basis across various community settings. Deliver training opportunities to enhance self-sufficiency in employment, personal independence, community integration, and productivity. Promote the agency's mission, vision, and values within the team environment. Work M-F from 7am-3pm or on a per diem schedule. Requires a driver's license, ability to lift 50 pounds, and effective communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years old
- HS Diploma or GED preferred and one year of relevant experience or equivalent amount of education/and or experience
- Driving is required
- reliable means of transportation
- safe driving record for 1 full year prior to the hiring date
- Ability to drive individuals on a daily basis
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in written form
Desired Qualifications
