Direct Support Professional (Day Program)

Create a safe, clean, and engaging environment while assisting the Manager of Day Services in all assigned program areas. Monitor and document self-administration of medications, track individual summary and daily notes including ISP goals, bowel tracking, seizure tracking, skin integrity, and incident reporting. Facilitate social activities, skill-building opportunities, and community outings by following the monthly calendar and assigned staffing schedule. Conduct safety drills, ensure daily sign-in and sign-out of individuals, and document all billable units. Assist residents with daily life skills needs, manage lunch set-up and clean-up, and attend ISP meetings or required training. Maintain appropriate driving techniques, grooming, and a positive attitude while representing Wesley Glen Ministries in the community.
