Job Summary
Ensure individuals are safe and healthy while attending the day program. Supervise, coach, and assist participants in achieving daily living skills goals, including food preparation, cooking, cleaning, and shopping. Supervise the planning, implementation, and documentation of programs addressing social, emotional, physical, and personal needs. Plan and participate in community-based jobs, volunteer opportunities, and outings. Schedule and transport individuals to and from the day program. Schedule is Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm. Requires a valid non-provisional driver's license, high school diploma/GED, and ability to attend ten days of paid onsite orientation.
