Direct Support Professional (Day Habilitation)

Assist individuals with developmental disabilities in skill development across independent living, adaptive behaviors, socialization, recreation, and activities of daily living. Supervise consumers in the community to reinforce group session skills while ensuring safety. Lead group sessions to facilitate discussions that build community-use skills. Assess needs of lower functioning or non-verbal consumers through observations to develop valued outcomes. Provide weekly documentation of progress and submit annual and semi-annual reports on outcomes. Ensure compliance with the ISP and Day Habilitation Plan.
