Job Summary
Provide direct services to consumers through implementation of service and support plans, addressing habilitation, therapeutic, and behavioral needs. Ensure consumer safety, health, hygiene, and development by supporting dining, personal care, and transportation to activities. Perform documentation duties and assist with entering and exiting vehicles. Requires valid NYS driver's license, reliable insured vehicle, and clearance through NYS Justice Center, OPWDD, and DMV. Full-time, first shift Monday through Friday with no nights, weekends, holidays, or on-call hours. Pay ranges from $18.25 to $20.25 based on documented experience.
