Direct Support Professional (Day Hab)

Ensure safety of program volunteers at agency locations, community volunteer jobs, and all hub sites. Train volunteers to perform functional job tasks and act as second staff support transporting them to and from primary sites and community activities. Serve as liaison between volunteer job site staff and program volunteers while prompting appropriate peer and staff interactions. Report volunteer success, satisfaction, and any problems or incidents to the Site Manager, AHRC management, or the NYS Justice Center. Complete all required documentation and monitor mandatory training attendance, including CPR, SCIP, and AMAP certifications. Enforce agency philosophies, guiding principles, and CQL across all sites. Perform additional duties as requested by the supervisor and complete required personal outcome measures training prior to evaluations.
