Job Summary
Direct Support Professional responsibilities include providing hands-on support with kindness and respect, assisting with personal care (dressing, toileting, hygiene, feeding, bathing), following individualized care plans and documenting progress, administering medications per policy, maintaining a safe environment, using approved behavior support techniques, and encouraging community engagement. Some DSP roles may require travel between Residential and Day programs.
Required Qualifications
