Job Summary
Direct Support Professional at Chimes provides hands-on support to individuals with intellectual and behavioral challenges, including personal care (dressing, toileting, hygiene, feeding, bathing), following individualized care plans, documenting progress, administering medications per policy, maintaining a safe environment, using approved behavior support techniques, and encouraging community engagement. The role may involve travel between Residential and Day programs. Requires a high school diploma or GED and a valid U.S. driver's license with specified driving-history criteria.
