Job Summary
Direct Support Professional provides hands-on support to individuals with intellectual and behavioral challenges, assists with personal care, follows individualized care plans and documents progress, administers medications in accordance with policy, maintains a safe, clean, and supportive environment, uses approved behavior support techniques, and encourages community engagement; some DSP roles may require travel between Residential and Day programs. Requires a high school diploma or GED and a valid U.S. driver’s license.
