Job Summary
Direct Support Professional position providing hands-on support to individuals with intellectual and behavioral challenges; duties include assisting with personal care (dressing, toileting, hygiene, feeding, bathing, and other daily living skills), following individualized care plans and documenting progress, administering medications per policy, maintaining a safe environment, utilizing approved behavior support techniques, and encouraging community engagement. Some roles may require travel between Residential and Day programs; must lift/push/pull 50+ lbs and have a valid U.S. driver’s license with acceptable driving history.
