Job Summary
Support daily routines including cooking, cleaning, and personal care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Help clients engage in the community while following their specific care plans and goals. Communicate regularly with families and complete required documentation to ensure safety and well-being. Maintain consistency with on-call availability to fill shifts when regular staff are unavailable. Hold a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a smartphone, with CPR/First Aid/AED certification preferred. Earn $24.00/hour with flexible scheduling and access to health and dental insurance.
Required Qualifications
- 18+ years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of caregiving or related experience
- Valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable transportation
- Smartphone required
- Must be able to successfully pass all state-required background checks and meet all ODDS employment eligibility requirements
- CPR/First Aid/AED (or willing to obtain)
