Job Summary
Provide supervision and guidance for residents during skill building activities and implement individual support plans. Assist adults with developmental disabilities with daily living activities, including preparing meals and assisting with personal hygiene. Develop a rapport with residents and cultivate a safe and supportive relationship while updating resident case notes daily. Ensure an appropriate staff-to-client ratio at all times. Cornerstone Support Services is a non-profit provider licensed by Virginia's Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services, dedicated to empowering service recipients to live self-directed lives.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED
- Valid drivers license
