Job Summary
Support individuals with disabilities in daily living tasks including personal care, meal preparation, household routines, and community inclusion. Encourage decision-making, build life skills for independence, and foster respectful relationships based on dignity. Assist with implementing individualized support plans, document progress accurately, and communicate effectively with families and team members. Ensure compliance with all regulations and policies while promoting participation in social and recreational activities.

Desired Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required
- Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record preferred for day and swing positions
- Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills
