Job Summary
Direct Support Professional providing hands-on, person-centered support to individuals with developmental, intellectual, and physical disabilities. Responsibilities include implementing ISP and BSP plans, assisting with activities of daily living (meal prep, hygiene, transportation), administering medications, maintaining required documentation, and participating in trainings. Requires a High School Diploma or GED, valid driver’s license with clean driving record, background checks, CPI/CPR/First Aid/Medication Administration training, ABA principles, and ability to lift 50 pounds. Evening and weekend availability is required. Location: Joplin, Missouri.
