Job Summary
Provide day-to-day care and assistance to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a Dodge County group home. Monitor and supervise individuals, assist with activities of daily living and personal needs, perform general housekeeping, observe for changes in behavior or health, and transport individuals to community outings. Maintain progress notes to inform program managers and families, support team collaboration, and contribute to a recovery-based, person-centered care environment. Requires a High School Diploma/GED, valid GA driver’s license, and strong communication and interpersonal skills; MS 365 experience preferred. Full-time with rotating shifts (various start times) in Eastman, GA.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED Equivalent
- Valid Georgia Driver’s License
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse communities
- Ability to work independently and in collaboration with others
- Experience with Microsoft 365 Office Products
