Job Summary
Community Options, Inc. is hiring Full-Time, Part-Time, PRN Direct Support Professionals to provide person-centered care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Responsibilities include fostering meaningful relationships, assessing individual needs, assisting with daily living skills, monitoring health needs, and participating in community activities. Candidates must possess a high school diploma or GED and a valid driver's license. No experience is required as paid training is provided. Employees should have excellent communication and time management skills.
Required Qualifications

- Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record
- Ability to establish a comfortable and supportive relationship with individuals receiving supports
- Ability to exercise good judgment and remain calm in crisis situations
