Job Summary
Directly provide person-centered care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities as part of a team in Hopatcong, NJ. Responsibilities include assisting with daily routines (cleaning, cooking, feeding, medication administration, personal hygiene), monitoring health and medical needs, supporting development of independent and community-based skills, participating in community and recreational activities, transporting individuals to medical appointments, ensuring accurate program documentation and billing records, and building relationships with community members and families. Requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, ability to build trusting relationships, good judgment in crises, and successful background checks; paid training provided. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
