Job Summary
Coordinate active treatment in Adult Foster Care or Community Living Services homes, assisting clients with cooking, cleaning, community integration, health, and personal care. Provide on-site support for individuals with physical, cognitive, and/or behavioral disabilities while ensuring compliance with Michigan Long-term Care screening and background check requirements. Maintain a valid Michigan Driver's License with a clean record and reliable transportation for daily duties. Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Provide two work references demonstrating good performance and attendance
- Valid Michigan Driver's License
- Acceptable driving record
- Reliable and ongoing transportation
- Successful completion of a comprehensive background check including fingerprinting, medical clearance (TB test, drug screen & physical exam), and clearance through Michigan Long-term Care (MILTC) screening
