Direct Support Professional - Community Habilitation

Conduct one-on-one support with individuals to help them build confidence, gain independence, and achieve personal goals within the community. Assist clients with daily tasks such as cooking, budget management, navigating appointments, and developing household skills. Facilitate participation in community experiences including local events, museums, parks, theaters, shopping trips, and recreational activities. Provide mentorship, advocacy, and encouragement to foster meaningful relationships and a fuller, more independent life. Schedule runs Tuesday through Saturday between 11am and 6pm or 12pm and 7pm for 35 hours weekly.
