Job Summary
Provide person-centered support to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in home and community settings. Responsibilities include building positive, supportive relationships; assisting with daily living activities such as cooking, personal care, hygiene, and household tasks; supporting community outings, appointments, recreation, and personal goals; encouraging independence and skill development; administering medications and completing documentation accurately; maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming home environment; and advocating for the choices, dignity, and well-being of the people you support. Requires 18+ years old, a high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to pass a national background check, and ability to become an approved company driver; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented mindset; paid training provided.
