Job Summary
Provide supervision and support to individuals with developmental disabilities, assisting with daily living activities and safe transportation. Deliver accurate documentation of care and services while serving as a friend and mentor to adults. Plan, encourage, and carry out fun and fruitful social and occupational activities in a responsible manner. Maintain current and annual training requirements and demonstrate proficiency in verbal and written skills. Work with diverse groups and individuals while holding a current Ohio driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Current Ohio Driver's License with acceptable driving record
- Acceptable Criminal Background verification
- Willingness to provide fun yet responsible supervision and assistance to adults with Developmental Disabilities
- Demonstrates proficiency in verbal and written skills
- Ability to work with diverse groups and individuals
