Direct Support Professional - Classroom

Direct Support Professional in a classroom setting assisting adults with developmental disabilities. Responsibilities include providing personal care, supervising and instructing individuals, planning and implementing activities to increase independence, supporting social network development, coordinating transportation in SAW vehicles, and administering medications and first aid under a nurse’s direction. Must have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license and clean driving record, pass background checks and drug screening, and obtain CPR/First Aid and DODD certifications after hire.
