Job Summary
Provide daily care and supervision in a residential setting, supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to achieve independence with daily tasks and routines. Encourage participation in social and community activities while monitoring health, safety, and well-being. Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with regulations and assist with training new team members. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to report concerns to the Program Specialist. This role requires reliability, empathy, and a heart for service within our person-centered care model.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license with a clean driving record
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in direct care or behavioral health services
- Familiarity with I/DD populations and residential care settings
