Job Summary
Provide direct care, skills training, and daily living support to individuals with developmental disabilities, including hygiene, meals, medication assistance, and light housekeeping. Foster positive relationships while ensuring safety and maintaining a clean living environment. Accompany individuals to approved appointments and errands, support social skill development, and follow individualized support plans. Maintain accurate documentation of all activities. This role requires a valid driver's license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and passing background checks. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Driver's License with a satisfactory driving record
- Ability to meet physical requirements of the role, including lifting up to 50 lbs
- Ability to pass state and federal background checks
