Job Summary
Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide 1:1 support for a young woman with developmental disabilities in Cicero, NY. Responsibilities include assisting with independent living skills (personal care such as showering and restroom use), fostering communication and social interactions, and facilitating participation in community-based activities, sports, and fitness. Must log daily time, mileage, and service documentation; strong attention to detail; comfortable with routines and boundaries; patient, compassionate, and able to work with individuals who have emotional regulation needs. Must have a valid driver’s license if required for job duties and pass background checks. Pay ranges from $16/hour for indirect training to $24/hour for direct support, with benefits including insurance, 401k, and PTO-like offerings.
Required Qualifications
