Job Summary
Provide direct support to individuals with developmental disabilities in a group setting, assisting with daily living skills, communication, emotional regulation, and social development. Support participants during campus activities, community outings, and structured programming while actively engaging them in a fun, positive environment. Implement behavior support strategies and individualized plans, maintain accurate documentation and incident reports, and promote independence. Work collaboratively with nursing, behavioral, and leadership teams to ensure a safe, supportive atmosphere. Requires a valid driver's license with two years of experience and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license
- at least 2 years of driving experience
- Ability to safely transport individuals in agency vehicles
- Ability to lift/transfer up to 50 lbs.

- Calm under pressure
- strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to document accurately and advocate professionally
- MANDT or similar behavioral support training
