Job Summary
Provide hands-on support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, assisting with activities of daily living including meal preparation, hygiene, and household tasks. Build positive relationships to help clients achieve personal goals, participate in community activities, and develop new skills using adaptive tools. Monitor health and safety while communicating with case managers and families as needed. Complete ongoing documentation, maintain schedules, and finish paid training and professional development. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required. Starting pay ranges from $23 to $33 hourly with a $1,000 signing bonus.
Required Qualifications
