Job Summary
Provide hands-on caregiving and daily living support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, including meal preparation, hygiene assistance, and community participation. Build positive relationships to help clients achieve personal goals while using adaptive tools to facilitate communication and encourage skill development. Monitor health and safety, maintain documentation, and coordinate with case managers and families as needed. Complete ongoing training and professional development. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required; willingness to address personal care needs and perform lifting is essential. Starting pay ranges from $23 to $33 hourly with a $1,000 signing bonus.
