Job Summary
Provide hands-on caregiving support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, assisting with activities of daily living including meal preparation, hygiene, and household tasks. Monitor health and safety, encourage independence through skill development, and use adaptive tools to aid communication. Complete ongoing documentation, maintain schedules, and coordinate with case managers and families as needed. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required; must pass criminal, driving, and healthcare registry checks.
