Job Summary
Build positive relationships and support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in achieving personal goals. Assist with daily living activities including meal preparation, hygiene, and household tasks while facilitating community participation, employment, and social engagement. Use adaptive tools to aid learning, encourage independence, monitor health and safety, and communicate with families and case managers. Complete documentation, maintain schedules, and participate in ongoing training and professional development. Requires a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and willingness to address personal care needs. Starting pay ranges from $23 to $33 hourly with a $1,000 signing bonus for those averaging 20+ hours weekly.
