Job Summary
Conduct daily direct support for adults with cognitive and mental health disabilities in residential group homes, including assisting with self-care tasks like dressing, bathing, and toileting. Administer medications, prepare meals, and plan outings to facilitate community and social integration. Transport consumers and follow individual service plans while performing other duties as assigned. Maintain a background check, lift up to 50 lbs, and communicate in basic English. Required Qualifications

- Acceptable Background Character Verification
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to twist, turn, squat, bend, reach, pull, push from high/low position
- Must be able to raise arms above shoulder

- Must be able to climb stairs
- Must be able to use hands and fingers
- Communicate basic English
