Job Summary
As a Direct Support Professional at Saint Joseph’s Center, you will assist residents with personal care, daily routines, and activities while following care plans and ensuring safety and comfort. Key responsibilities include helping with hygiene, meals, health-related needs, writing care notes, and participating in team meetings and training. Candidates must possess a High School Diploma or GED, a valid Pennsylvania Driver’s License, and the ability to perform physical tasks. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be 18 years or older
- Valid Pennsylvania Driver’s License (required for some shifts)
- Able to sit, stand, and walk for several hours each day
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Able to bend, squat, and kneel when needed
- Able to move and assist residents safely
