Job Summary
Provide hands-on support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, assisting with activities of daily living, meal preparation, hygiene, and household tasks. Build positive relationships to help clients achieve personal goals while encouraging independence through community participation, employment support, and skill development. Use adaptive tools for communication, monitor health and safety, and maintain documentation and schedules. Communicate with team members, families, and case managers as needed. Complete ongoing training and professional development. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and willingness to address personal care needs are required. Starting pay is $23/hour for non-acuity or $33/hour for acuity, with a $1,000 signing bonus.
Required Qualifications
