Job Summary
Provide hands-on caregiving and daily living support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, including meal preparation, hygiene assistance, and behavioral support. Build positive relationships to help clients achieve personal goals, participate in community activities, and develop new skills using adaptive tools. Monitor health and safety while maintaining a supportive environment, and communicate with case managers, families, and team members as needed. Complete ongoing documentation, training, and professional development. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and willingness to lift are required.
