Direct Support Professional/Caregiver-- Hendersonville----Weekly Pay

Provide hands-on support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, assisting with activities of daily living such as meal preparation, hygiene, and household tasks. Build positive relationships to help clients achieve personal goals while encouraging independence and facilitating community participation, employment, and social activities. Monitor health and safety, use adaptive tools for communication, and communicate with families, case managers, and team members as needed. Complete ongoing documentation, maintain schedules, and finish paid training and professional development. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required; weekly pay and signing bonus available for those averaging 20+ hours per week.
