Direct Support Professional / Caregiver / Community Support Worker

Provide in-person Direct Support and Caregiving to individuals with disabilities and seniors in New Jersey. Duties include accompanying clients to appointments, recreational activities, shopping, fitness classes, and community events; assisting with life skills, communication, technology use, and social engagement; providing job coaching and employment support when needed; transporting clients safely using your personal vehicle; maintaining accurate documentation and confidentiality. Role requires ASL proficiency, a valid driver's license, a reliable vehicle, and First Aid/CPR certification. Schedule is approximately 4 hours per week (Thursdays 9:00am–1:00pm) with potential for additional hours; in-person work with opportunities for more client assignments and flexible scheduling; benefits include health insurance, professional development, referral programs, and bonuses.
