Job Summary
Provide direct support, positive direction, and assistance to individuals of all ages to enhance their everyday lives. Help residents with dining, mobility, health, and hygiene activities. Accompany individuals while running errands and attend special community occasions, outdoor walks, games, and social events. Assist our individuals in achieving their personal goals and desires. This role is part of a team at AbleLight that believes the best life is possible together. The training program includes CPR certification and ongoing career development support.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Must be 18 years of age, or older
- Must possess a valid driver's license that is currently in good standing with a good record
- Ability to pass a background check
