Job Summary
Direct Support Professional needed for Part-Time shifts (Thu & Fri 3p-9p, Sat 7a-9p) at Chimes. Provide hands-on, respectful support to individuals with intellectual and behavioral challenges; assist with personal care (dressing, toileting, hygiene, feeding, bathing, daily living skills); follow individualized care plans and document progress; administer medications per policy; maintain a safe, clean environment; use approved behavior support techniques; encourage community engagement; some DSP roles may travel between Residential and Day programs. Requires high school diploma or GED and a valid U.S. driver’s license with specified driving history.
