Job Summary
Direct Support Professional provide hands-on support to individuals with intellectual and behavioral challenges; assist with personal care including dressing, toileting, hygiene, feeding, bathing; follow individualized care plans and document progress; administer medications per policy; maintain a safe, clean environment; use approved behavior support techniques; encourage community engagement; some roles may require travel between Residential and Day programs; requires a high school diploma or GED and a valid U.S. driver’s license with specific driving history requirements; ability to lift 50+ lbs.

- Valid U.S. driver’s license with driving history requirements (at least 3 years with no more than 3 points, or at least 2 years with clean record)
