Job Summary
Direct Support Professional (DSP) position with Chimes focusing on empowering individuals with intellectual and behavioral challenges to live with dignity and independence. Responsibilities include hands-on personal care (dressing, toileting, hygiene, feeding, bathing), following individualized care plans, documenting progress, administering medications per policy, maintaining a safe environment, using approved behavior support techniques, and promoting community engagement. Travel may be required between Residential and Day programs. Must be able to lift/push/pull 50+ lbs and hold a valid U.S. driver’s license with an acceptable driving history.
