Job Summary
Provide direct support to individuals with behavioral health needs, assisting them in achieving personal goals and improving quality of life. Collaborate with a team of professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring all care aligns with industry standards. Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and treatment while applying crisis intervention and trauma-informed care approaches. Requires a high school diploma, driver's license with one year of experience, and at least one year working with co-occurring disorders or developmental disabilities. Complete a 2.5-week hourly training program from 8am-5pm. Work 32 weekly hours, including Sunday/Monday 4pm-12am and Friday/Saturday 8am-4pm shifts.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Driver's license with at least one year of driving experience
- Must be available to attend the 2.5 week hourly paid-training program during the hours of 8am-5pm
- Minimum of 1 year's experience working with individuals with co-occurring disorders
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Working experience in crisis intervention, trauma-informed care and positive behavioral support approaches
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
