Job Summary
Direct Support Professional (DSP) needed to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, mental health challenges, and autism in daily living, personal care, meals, transportation to appointments, documentation, and advocacy in a safe, supportive home environment. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living skills, promoting community engagement, preparing meals, transporting individuals, administering medications (training provided), maintaining accurate records, and upholding dignity and person-centered support. Qualifications include being 18+, valid driver’s license, GED or high school diploma, strong communication, compassion, reliability, and teamwork.
