Job Summary
Direct Support Professional (DSP) supports individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, mental health challenges, and autism in daily living activities to promote independence. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living skills and personal care, supporting community engagement and recreational activities, preparing meals and maintaining a clean home, transporting individuals to appointments and activities, administering medications with training provided, maintaining documentation, and advocating for the individuals served while upholding dignity and person-centered support. Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
