Job Summary
Direct Support Professional (DSP) needed to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, mental health challenges, and autism. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living skills and personal care, facilitating community engagement and recreational activities, meal preparation and maintaining a clean home, transporting individuals to appointments, administering medications with training provided, maintaining documentation, and advocating for person-centered support with dignity and respect. Requires GED or high school diploma, valid driver’s license, and strong communication.
