Job Summary
Direct Support Professional/Home Health Aide/Habilitation Technician position providing compassionate care to clients with ID/DD in clients' homes or communities. Requires at least one year of verifiable experience with individuals who have ID/DD. Responsibilities include delivering mental/behavioral health care, working independently in a client’s home, and supporting clients with daily living activities. Part-time shifts include M-F days/evenings and weekends; BAYADA emphasizes flexible scheduling, weekly pay, PTO, scholarship programs, and on-call clinical manager support.
