Job Summary
Provide supervision, guidance, and instruction on daily living activities, safety, and vocational tasks to individuals with autism and developmental disabilities. Supervise direct care staff and manage Program site activities when the Program Manager is absent. Deliver skill-building support within the Lakeside Program to empower residents to reach their highest potential. Requires a high school diploma, two years of related experience, or six months as a Program Associate. Full-time 37-hour shift includes Thursday 10p-9a and Friday/Saturday 10p-11a.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of two years of related work experience
- Minimum of 6 months experience as a Program Associate in the Bancroft organization
Desired Qualifications
- Additional education in a related field
- BA in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
