Job Summary
Direct Support Professional role providing hands-on support to individuals with intellectual and behavioral challenges; assist with personal care (dressing, toileting, hygiene, feeding, bathing, and other daily living skills), follow individualized care plans and document progress, administer medications per policy, maintain a safe and supportive environment, use approved behavior support techniques, and encourage community engagement. May require travel between Residential and Day programs. Requires lifting 50+ lbs and a valid U.S. driver’s license. Schedule includes BALMORAL shifts on Tuesday and Wednesday 7a-8p and Sunday 8a-8p; paid training and ongoing professional development available; benefits include medical plans, dental/vision, life and disability insurance, PTO, 403(b) with employer match, tuition assistance, and employee recognition.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience in disability services preferred (not required—we train!)
