Direct Support Professional (Bachelors Degree Required)

You will work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy, following personalized treatment plans, collecting session data, and helping kids learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities in a supportive, team-focused environment. The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree, the ability to obtain an RBT certification within 20 days of hire, and lifting up to 30 lbs; duties include maintaining a safe therapy space and collaborating with colleagues while delivering scheduled, full-time daytime therapy.
