Direct Support Professional (Bachelors Degree Required)

You’ll work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy. Follow personalized treatment plans, collect simple session data, help children learn through play and activities, stay active during therapy, maintain a safe environment, and collaborate with a supportive team. Training includes paid RBT certification and no prior experience required beyond 18 years old and a Bachelor's degree; compensation varies by education level and ABA experience, with bachelor’s holders earning $20–$25.50 per hour and master’s holders $20–$28 per hour, plus growth opportunities and benefits.
