Direct Support Professional (Bachelors Degree Required)

Direct Support Professional hired to work with children aged 18 months to 8 years in one-on-one ABA therapy. Responsibilities include following personalized treatment plans, collecting simple session data, helping children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities, staying active and engaged during therapy, maintaining a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment, and collaborating with a supportive team. Requires a Bachelor’s Degree; pays vary by education level (Bachelor’s $20–$25.50/hr; Master’s $20–$28/hr) with first raise after earning RBT certification. Paid training and RBT certification are provided; full-time schedule Monday–Friday 8am–5pm with optional Saturdays; immediate start date.
